Midrise Commercial and Residential Rental Building
This development is a prototype and the shape of things to come for affordable commercial and rental living. This compact building is designed to be constructed quickly and cost-effectively with prefabricated components.
Several design innovations to increase livability and support affordable family living have been incorporated into the project, including dramatic rooftop indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. The proposal also accommodates a full-service veterinary clinic on multiple levels, including surgical, diagnostic and dentistry units.
